I would never recommend anything that I have not done myself. Through my years or experience, experimentation to see what works, what doesn’t work and extensive research, I believe that everyone is entitled to living a perfectly healthy life. Unfortunately none of this information is taught in mainstream schools or on the mainstream television channels.

My approach to 1-2-1 coaching is slightly different to other coaches.

During discussions with people that have chronic and degenerative conditions, I appreciate that funding can be an issue.

I have decided that my coaching will be donation based and that people can donate what they can afford. As long as I provide value in giving service and help to others, it will provide me a platform to help educate others to learn, grow and evolve in taking their life back into their own hands

There are hundreds, if not thousands of bits of information about the best diet for losing weight or building muscle, etc. but there is so much conflicting advice it’s enough to confuse anybody!
